I never tackled an project this ambitious, where i try to do a proper short film, this page is manly stills of the work in progress, of this story... All of these are still raw and don't have any color correction.
people just want to love and be loved. this film will try to tell that story. it all happens between 1991 in Moscow and 1992 in los angeles, and shows the day to day of 2 families and how similar they are.
a lot of references and questions where asked to try to match an old soviet look.

after talking to some russian people, i had to change this shot to something much more modest, in 1991 russia, food variety was not a thing. the intentions of these next shots is to show the love that this family has for each other.
